Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Present product demonstrations and handle technical objections
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from lead to renewal
- Provide actionable feedback to product and marketing teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience in SaaS/tech
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot required)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with sales analytics and reporting tools
- Authorization to work in the United States
