Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to overcome objections.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Accurately update CRM systems with prospect and customer information.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (or a strong hunger to learn).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screening.
