Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present product demonstrations and solutions to prospective clients in a consultative selling style.
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B inside sales or telesales (commission-based experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM tools.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
