Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions, update lead status, and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC or New York, NY area.
