Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new B2B leads through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections to close deals effectively.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Document all customer interactions and status updates accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B Inside Sales or Lead Generation experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work effectively during the night shift (7 PM - 4 AM).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- A self-starter mentality with a hunger for financial success.
