As a Night Shift Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand to new and existing clients. You will leverage your persuasive communication skills to generate revenue, manage leads, and close deals—all from the comfort of your home office during our high-demand night hours.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate high-quality leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, addressing their specific needs.
- Closely monitor market trends to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and account onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaign strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
