Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present product demonstrations and overcome objections to close deals over the phone.
- Manage a pipeline within our CRM system, tracking leads and forecasting revenue accurately.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure a seamless customer onboarding process.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Proven ability to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) with a strong attendance record.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- A hunger for success and a competitive mindset.
- High school diploma or GED required.
