Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Manage a steady stream of inbound inquiries during night shift hours, ensuring rapid response times.
- Conduct needs-based consultative sales calls and product demonstrations.
- Close deals, negotiate contracts, and secure recurring revenue from new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) for all prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
- Resilient attitude and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Comfortable working rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience is a plus.
