Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads through our CRM system
- Present product solutions to potential clients via phone/video
- Close sales deals with uncapped commission structure
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consistent outreach
- Attend weekly training sessions to master product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- No sales experience required – we train from scratch
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Basic computer proficiency with CRM tools
