Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct needs-based sales calls and presentations to prospective clients.
- Effectively handle objections and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track customer interactions and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily training and sales coaching sessions to refine closing techniques.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
