- Navigate complex sales cycles to negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success (entry-level candidates with high drive considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- A self-starter mindset with a hunger for commission-based income.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and home office setup.
