Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and ROI.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce and internal CRM tools.
- Close deals over the phone and email, managing the entire sales cycle from discovery to contract signing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (prior experience in tech, SaaS, or telecommunications is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a hunger for success.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is preferred but not required).
