Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and manage client relationships.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend the best solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM software experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
