Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through inbound/outbound channels
- Present solutions to C-level executives via video/phone
- Close 15-20 deals monthly with average $5K ACV
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing on lead-gen campaigns
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets consistently
- Attend daily stand-ups and weekly strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation & objection handling skills
- Strong analytical abilities for pipeline forecasting
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
