Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads in a competitive market.
- Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into booked appointments.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Sales Navigator) to track progress and update customer data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for financial growth and bonuses.
