Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach.
- Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong "hustle" mentality and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
