Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Client Engagement: Engage potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Deal Closure: Manage the full sales cycle from the initial contact to closing the deal and onboarding the client.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce) and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, consultative approach.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to work in a commission-based environment and a track record of hitting targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot is highly preferred.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
