Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and digital channels to generate new business opportunities
- Present product solutions and close deals with exceptional customer service
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM documentation
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams for seamless client onboarding

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and performance reporting
