Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Close high-value contracts with strategic negotiation tactics
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven approach to sales analytics and forecasting
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, quota-driven environments

- NYC-based or willing to relocate to New York area
