Responsibilities
- Conduct High-Volume Prospecting: Utilize multiple channels (cold calling, email, social outreach) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Deliver Compelling Presentations: Demonstrate products and services to potential clients, articulating value propositions that resonate with their needs.
- Close Deals: Navigate the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, focusing on conversion and retention.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline visibility for the sales leadership team.
- Collaborate & Strategize: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve sales collateral.
- Meet KPIs: Consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets regarding calls, demos, and revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a commission-based role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines.
- Resilience: A thick skin and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining high energy levels.
- Self-Motivation: A hunger for success and the ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
