Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach to enterprise clients across North America
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies using CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach)
- Present product solutions to C-level executives, demonstrating ROI and aligning with client pain points
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify market opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and weekly activity reporting
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in SaaS sales cycles and financial technology solutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and tailor solutions
