Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while closing deals for our cutting-edge SaaS solutions
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through consultative selling and strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics in Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in uncapped commission environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
