Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and digital channels
- Develop customized solutions for enterprise clients using CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and value-based sales presentations
- Close deals through consultative negotiation and contract finalization
- Track performance in Salesforce and maintain accurate sales pipeline data
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in objection handling and consultative selling techniques
