Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and email campaigns
- Build rapport with prospects to understand pain points and present tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations via virtual meetings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within 30-60 day cycles
- Analyze sales metrics to optimize performance
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Strong objection resolution and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales enablement tools
- Valid Arizona driver's license (occasional client visits)
