As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand to new clients. You will manage a pipeline of qualified leads, conduct high-impact consultations, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling techniques. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and CRM platforms to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Present product demonstrations and detailed proposals to clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of our services.
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track interactions, update client data, and monitor sales quotas in real-time.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and generate repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on aggressive growth.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
