Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls to qualified leads in a 24/7 sales environment.
- Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their unique business needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities within established quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team and cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize lifetime customer value.
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert consultation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume call center or remote sales environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
