Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify high-quality leads through outbound prospecting and research.
- Conduct high-volume sales calls and emails to engage prospective clients and uncover needs.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Tele-sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Self-motivated hunter mentality with a desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
