Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and track ROI
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle objections effectively
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Analyze sales metrics and optimize strategies for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales tech stack
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Experience selling SaaS or cloud solutions preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid work authorization for US employment
