Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and update the Salesforce CRM database accurately and in real-time.
- Present product demos and value propositions to prospective clients to demonstrate ROI.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales environments.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and quotas.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
