Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (recent graduates with strong drive are also considered).
- Proven ability to work in a commission-based environment and achieve aggressive targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
