Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting and cold calling strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of leads using Salesforce and Gong to ensure consistent follow-up.
- Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to qualify prospects and advance them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and target market analysis.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telecommunications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
