Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Conduct consultative product demonstrations to C-level executives
- Exceed quarterly sales targets by 20%+ consistently
- Manage full sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Present quarterly sales reports with actionable insights
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and documentation standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to work PST hours (9 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
