Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively demonstrate value propositions and overcome technical objections
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and target high-potential segments
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 30+ outbound call activity daily
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience with proven track record of quota achievement
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret customer needs and match to solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS products or technology solutions highly desirable
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work environments
