Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demos and consultative selling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics in Salesforce CRM
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Participate in weekly training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B sales or inside sales experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and persuasion skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Resilient with ability to handle rejection and pivot strategies
