Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or CRM software to track activity and close rates.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing (Part-time experience considered).
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for success.
