Responsibilities
- Proactively qualify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling and digital engagement
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with product specialists to craft tailored client solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic account management
- Analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities in Nebraska region
- Maintain 95%+ activity metrics in CRM pipeline tracking
- Participate in weekly revenue strategy sessions with sales leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach/Gong)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience selling complex technology solutions to C-suite executives
- Ability to thrive in remote team environments
