Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and qualify prospects through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients to meet their business goals.
- Manage a high volume of leads using our CRM software to track interactions and progress.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience is a plus.
