Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads and book meetings for the sales team.
- Identify and research prospective clients to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Present company solutions to prospective customers, highlighting value propositions and addressing client pain points.
- Manage and update client data accurately within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPI targets and activity quotas.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
