Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations via Zoom or phone.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred but not required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
