Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, understanding their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to qualify leads and ensure accurate data entry.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Learn and utilize our CRM software to track customer interactions and pipeline progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Ability to learn new software and sales methodologies quickly.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
