Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries in a high-volume call center environment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain complex services to potential clients in a clear, concise manner.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Accurately log customer interactions and sales activities into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and closing techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we value attitude over experience.
