Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and prospects.
- Present and sell company products/services to meet customer needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately update CRM records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required for this direct hire role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
