Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify inbound leads through high-volume calling and email outreach.
- Build rapport and trust with prospective clients to understand their unique needs.
- Present our premium solutions and effectively overcome objections to close deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding new customers.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and meet daily/weekly activity targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies and scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work the Night Shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a "hunter" mentality for sales.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a history of exceeding quotas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
