Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Generate new business leads through cold calling and email outreach during peak evening hours.
- Closing Deals: Engage with qualified prospects, present product demos, and negotiate contracts to secure sales.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM software and manage the sales pipeline to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Goal Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales platforms.
