Responsibilities
- Execute High-Volume Outbound Campaigns: Initiate cold calls and emails to generate new business opportunities within the US market.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospective clients to identify their needs, pain points, and budget, qualifying them effectively for the sales funnel.
- Close Deals: Persuade prospects to sign contracts, utilizing consultative selling techniques to overcome objections.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Negotiate & Retain: Negotiate pricing and terms while fostering long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or lead generation.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuade prospects over the phone.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work non-traditional hours (typically 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PST).
- Self-Motivated: A drive to exceed targets and a hunger for financial growth through commission.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
