Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads during the night shift.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to schedule product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve monthly quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Update client records and track sales metrics daily.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or lead generation.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
