Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through consultative selling techniques.
- Present product demos and clearly articulate value propositions to prospective customers.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment and support teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Record accurate activity data and adhere to CRM best practices.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet strict KPI targets.
