Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new leads and qualify prospects for the sales team.
- Manage inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into qualified appointments or closed deals.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, update customer data, and manage pipelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales scripts and pitch decks based on market feedback.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional follow-up and customer service.
- Participate in daily training sessions to sharpen negotiation and product knowledge skills.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift (typically 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive tone.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote-capable hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
