Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation calls during evening hours.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue per account.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the evening support team to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects quickly and effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup required.
- Ability to work a consistent Night Shift schedule (e.g., 4 PM - 1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a clear desire to earn a Base + Bonus income structure.
