Responsibilities
- Initiate & Qualify Leads: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified prospects to identify business opportunities.
- Product Demonstrations: Present our software solutions to potential clients, clearly articulating value propositions and addressing customer needs.
- Close Deals: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and successfully close sales within the assigned territory.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce/HubSpot, tracking all interactions and pipeline status.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and coordinate on high-priority campaigns.
- KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Drive: Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong desire to earn a high income through commission.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience will be considered.
